Ordering Process

We offer a simple and fast process to complete orders for your purchases.

Shopping cart

All items you want to order can be added to the shopping cart by pressing the - Order - button. Once you have finished shopping, you can go to your shopping cart on the top right of our pages. You can adjust the numbers and, if necessary, remove items from your list. You will see a total amount for your order.
 

Shipping costs

On our English site the shipping costs for delivery to the United Kingdom are shown in the shopping basket. After entering your data, it will be adapted for other countries.

Complete your order

You can now proceed to PayPal and use PayPal Express to complete your order or click on - Order these items -. You will then be taken to the page where you can complete the order in a few simple steps:

You can log in if you have an account with us, otherwise you can now enter all required information and you can also order as a guest.

To place your order, enter your address details and possibly provide a different delivery address. You can then, if more then one option available, select a shipping method that will update the total. The total costs for your order are calculated based on this. For deliveries in the Netherlands and Belgium you can also specify a delivery time or delivery to a collection location.

Choose the payment method that you prefer.

You now have the option to review the order and all details. If you agree with everything, you can place the order, depending on your chosen payment option.

After placing the order

After the payment is completed, you will be directed to a confirmation page. You will receive an email confirmation of your order. You also have the option to register as a customer by choosing a password.

You can also share your purchase via Facebook or Twitter.

In the course of the packaging and shipping process, you will receive further emails to let you know how your order is progressing.
