1 Order and contract
(1) You place an order in our online shop by going through following steps:
a) You place a product in your shopping basket by clicking on "into shopping cart".
b) You can view the content of your shopping basket by clicking "your basket". You can then change the quantities or remove products.
c) Once you are ready to complete your purchase you can click "Check out". You will then enter the ordering process.
d) In the ordering process you can enter your address information and payment information.
e) Before you complete your purchase you will get to an overview page where you can review the order of your order: products, payment info, billing address and shipping address. All information can be changed. You will be asked to confirm the order.
f) By clicking the button "place order" you will complete the binding order.
(2) Once you completed the order you will receive an email with the details of the order. This is just a confirmation of our receipt of your order.
(3) The order will be binding for u once we ship the goods or when we sent you a formal orderconfirmation. Binding orders on this website will only be made in English.

§ 2 Storage of your order
Your order will remain stored in our systems once we have send you an order confirmation. Should you have ordered through Yatego, you can see your order details on Yatego. If you have a customer account in our shop, you can review your order by logging in. If you do not have an account please send us an email or fax or give as a call. We will be happy to send you a copy of the details.

§ 3 Delivery countries
We deliver only in the UK and other countries listed in the Shipping information on in these terms and conditions.

§ 4 Prices and limited offers
(1) All prices are consumerprices, including VAT and excluding shipping cost. Prices are valid as listed at the time you place the order.
(2) Please note the offers in our online shop can be valid for a limited time or for a limited quality. Details will be described in the product information.
(3) For customers outside the European Union: please note that during transit taxes and/or duties may be applied on top of the order total and that are payable by the customer. 

§ 5 Payment
(1) We offer following payment methods:
a) Cash on Delivery:

c) Credit Card: you card will be charged at time of ordering.
d) Invoice: The invoicetotal is payable in full directly after receipt of the invoice that will be send with the shipment. Invoices will be sent with the shipment, by email or by regular mail.
e) Payment before shipment: The invoicetotal is payable in full within 7 days after receipt of the invoice that will be send by email.
(2) We reserve the right to withdraw or add any payment method at our discretion.

§ 6 Deliverytimes
(1) If not specifically noted in the product description, orders within the EU will be delivered within 3 - 8 working days after receipt of your order or payment (except with payment on invoice), which ever is later. If delivery is delayed we will inform you as soon as possible. 
(2) Delivery by us is conditioned on the timely receipt of goods from our suppliers and we cannot be held responsible if goods er temporary out of stock. If your order cannot be fulfilled we will inform you as soon as possible and will return any payments that we have received from you.

§ 7 Cost allocation agreement
If you use your right of cancelletion, then you will have to pay the cost of returning the goods if the totalamount for the goods that are to be returned is less then (the equivalent of) 40 Euro or, if the cost of the goods returned is more and the goods have not been paid for in whole or in part. In all other cases the cost of returning the goods is free for the customer. For goods send outside the EU the customer pays for cost of returning the goods. If goods are not according to specifications or damaged in transit we will determine the course of action, as a rule we replace the product or if that is not possible we will issue a refund. We will determine whether or not such goods need to be returned.

§ 8 Warranty
(1) The legal warranties for the Netherlands are applicable. The period for declaration of legal defects is two years.
(2) If specific product warranteis apply the legal rights will not be impacted by such warranties. 

§ 9 Jurisdiction
(1) The UN conditions for the sale of goods are not applicable. If the customer is a EU-consumer on top of that the EU Consumer protection rules will apply for the country where the consumer normally lives, insofar such rules offer broader consumer protection.
(2) If the customer is a business or a sole trader the competent court will be the court that is responsible for our location.
